The Pink Bear made his music video debut in 'Down & Dirty'
The Pink Bear’s ever-expanding journey takes a playful turn into the world of music as LUAP’s iconic character makes a cameo in the video for Down & Dirty by Dog Haus featuring Jasmine Webb. The music video, produced by Fred Bonham Carter and directed by Tom Gorst for Sony Music UK, is a wild, masked affair filled with high energy and surrealist visuals — a perfect stage for the Bear’s first dance on screen.
The invitation came via Sophia Kerrison, a known figure in the London creative scene and close friend of model and actress Cara Delevingne. Her involvement helped shape the tone of the shoot — stylish, irreverent, and unafraid to blur fantasy with nightlife. Upon arrival, LUAP and the Pink Bear found themselves inside a decadent, chaotic set filled with masks, strobes and a euphoric pulse — the kind of world where the Bear fits right in.
The Bear makes his entrance, albeit briefly, at the 1:22 mark. It’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment, but one that encapsulates the character’s playful rebellion and cultural resonance. Caught mid-rave, the Bear draws attention even in the chaos. Jasmine Webb, the UK performer who fronts the track, tweeted: “I saw the Pink Bear — really wanted to dance with him, super cute.”
Shot as a surreal take on a girl’s night out turned bizarre, the video features a cast including Kerrison, Will Heard, and the band themselves. For LUAP, the project is more than a cameo — it’s another instance of The Pink Bear slipping between worlds, from the solitude of painted landscapes to the heart of pop surrealism.
