Home House - The Pink Bear Room
The Pink Bear has found a new home at Home House in London’s Portman Square. Originally invited to exhibit for just six months, LUAP’s work has proved so popular that the club extended the stay and even commissioned his largest mural to date: an 8-metre wide, 4-metre high piece titled “I ♥ Day Dreaming”.
Painted directly onto the walls of the Georgian townhouse, the mural captures LUAP’s signature blend of bold scale and introspective storytelling. It’s a physical and emotional piece, brought to life with acrylic and aerosol, and it completely transforms the space.
Despite a fear of heights, LUAP tackled the installation head-on, working from a scaffolding platform to complete the huge intervention. By the end of the first day, the vertigo had faded and the joy of working at scale took over. The result is a striking piece that’s full of energy, presence and colour.
So loved is the mural that staff and members now affectionately refer to the Gloucester Lounge as The Pink Bear Room. LUAP’s playful icon has become part of the building’s character—warm, imaginative and unforgettable.
Special thanks go to A Space For Art and Home House for the commission, and to DDRegalo for his creative support on the mural.
